The Story

In 2022, Platinum Pen has released “Shape of Heart,” a special limited edition from the #3776 CENTURY series, which is enjoying a good reputation for the built-in “Slip & Seal Mechanism” that retains fresh ink for longer periods of time. Thanks to its growing popularity, Shape of Heart “Ivoire” is newly released as the second edition.
Just like the first model, it features two heart-shaped pieces created when punching out the breather hole in the nib, placed in a transparent dome on the pen’s finial with zirconia. While the heart-shaped cutouts are normally melted down and put back into making more nibs, the Shape of Heart fountain pen incorporates them into a pen’s design.
